Web Design & Development Process

Utilizing experience we have gathered over years of building digital media, Action Marketing has refined the web development process down to a few simple steps. They are:

1. 1. Meet with a member of our Sales team for a no cost consultation.
2. 2. Our staff will evaluate your desired functionality and prepare a written cost estimate.
3. 3. Upon receipt of your order we will provide you a written ETA for completion of the project which will adhere to.
4. 4. You will be given access to our online depository to upload your content (i.e. photos, images, text for each page).
5. 5. You will be provided with our Website Planner Workbook which will step you through the content and provide you insightful tips for creating a smart, efficient website.
6. 6. Within one week you will be provided with a design comp, which is an exact “screen shot “of the proposed look and feel of your website. Based on your feedback we will make unlimited changes until we have your exact vision of your website “nailed”.
7. 7. Upon acceptance of the design comp, your website will go into production. Depending on the complexity of functionality this process usually takes approximately 2 weeks.
8. 8. When the working site has been completed, we will provide you with a link to your new website located privately on our development server. There you will be able to see, play around with, and enter any content you wish. You may also provide us with any last minute changes.
9. 9. Upon acceptance of the site we will bring it live to the public. If you have already purchased a domain name we will need your setup information at this time.
10. 10. Once the site is live you will be given 30 days to send us any bug fixes or minor enhancement requests. Because all of our sites provide the ability for self-editing, you will be able to make all other changes or updates yourself using our state of the art Content Management System.
